At Saad Bin Shahzad, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
